Readiness Review
Test your project against the competition you intend to enter, while there is still time to close the gaps.
A Readiness Review is a structured assessment of your project against the requirements of your chosen funding competition. It begins with a kickoff session and ends with a written report and a 60 minute debrief, delivered within three weeks of kickoff.
Who it is for:
Engineering, manufacturing and automotive companies, spin-outs and research teams that have identified a competition and want an independent view of how ready they are to apply.
What you receive:
A rating of your project across technology readiness, theme fit, match funding, partners, commercial case and delivery plan
The gaps listed in priority order, so you know what to fix first
A timeline worked back from the competition deadline
A 60 minute debrief to go through the findings and agree next steps
Fee: £1,600 fixed, payable 50% on agreement and 50% on delivery. If you have already had a Funding Stream Fit session, the £350 fee is credited in full.
This is assessment and advice, not an application-writing service. Funding is never guaranteed.
